When does work become teamwork?

We think a workspace should be inspiring, whether it’s for a technology start-up, an established corporation, or a home office. We design “backyard studios”, day-lit flex spaces arranged to encourage teamwork. These “territories” provide a sense of control over their environments and a level of care in detailing that invites people to take the initiative to excel.

Gardens, of one kind or another, serve as a fulcrum to balance the openness and privacy necessary to the rhythm of a successful workplace.
